Do you know what your skin type is?
Knowing your skin type is essential because it helps you to select the correct products for your skin type and address those concerns to correct or maintain.
Normal skin is neither dry nor oily; it feels normal all the time. Dry skin feels tight and dry in all areas of the face and can also feel rough to the touch. Oily skin, on the other hand, always feels greasy and looks shiny in all areas of the face. A combination skin typically feels greasy and oily on the T-zone but dry/normal on the cheeks.
Skincare products are formulated for different skin types. If you have oily skin, you should use products with a lighter feel and not add more oil to your skin. Dry skin, on the other hand, will require more nourishment, so products formulated for dry skin types that include oils to replenish would be the best option.
