Daily Skincare Routine

A basic skincare routine is essential for maintaining healthy skin. Let’s break it down for morning and nighttime:

Morning Skincare Routine:

1. Start your day by cleansing your face to remove impurities or excess oil.
2. Apply a toner to balance your skin’s pH levels and prepare it for the next steps.
3. Use a serum with ingredients like vitamin C to target specific concerns (e.g., brightening, anti-oxidant protection, hydration).
4. Apply eye cream to the delicate skin around the eyes to keep the skin protected.
5. Hydrate your skin with a moisturizer suitable for your skin type.
6. Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect your skin from UV rays.
7. Apply makeup should you wear any.

Nighttime Skincare Routine:

1. If you wear makeup, remove it using a gentle makeup remover, or use an oil cleanser.
2. Cleanse your face thoroughly to remove dirt, oil, and pollutants.
3. Prep your skin with a toner or an essence for the best absorption of nighttime treatment serum.
4. If you’re using retinol, apply it in the evening. Retinol helps with cell turnover and anti-aging. Acid serums are also recommended for night time use.
5. Apply an eye cream gently around the eye area.
6. Hydrate your skin with a richer moisturizer or a dedicated night cream.

Remember, consistency is key!
