What is an Enzyme Peel/Mask?
Enzyme masks contain fruit enzymes typically derived from pineapples, papayas or pumpkins. They are composed of fruit enzymes that exfoliate and increase cell turnover by breaking down dead skin cells while simultaneously nourishing the skin to reveal a brighter, healthier complexion. The best part of enzyme peels is they are gentle enough for sensitive skin, require zero downtime. During treatment you may notice a tingling sensation and some warmth from the enzyme peel.

Without dead skin cells, an enzyme mask can decrease the prominence of pores, and smooth out uneven texture, leaving smoother and brighter skin. After Enzyme Facial Treatment
After treatment you can expect to see some slight redness on the skin and it may feel slightly sensitive, but should subside within a couple of hours. Skin will feel noticeably hydrated, soft and smooth. It is important to protect your skin after this treatment with SPF 30 or higher daily, and limit sun exposure. Also keep the skin moisturized and hydrated. It is recommended to avoid any acids or retinol for 3-5 days after treatment and being consistent with hydrating and moisturizing the skin daily.
